Albion Community Power
Cameron Pink were engaged by this VC backed Engineering and Construction company who were set to go through exponential growth, with turnover quadrupling to one hundred million within twelve months. They Board of Directors required a Head of Finance to ensure robust financial processes and supervise a small team as the company began to scale.
We were tasked with sourcing a high calibre ACA qualified professional, who had spent five to ten years in industry working for a similar type of organisation. The role was placed within four weeks of taking the brief. However, it wasn’t without its challenges – going to offer stage three times, with the first two candidates declining. Driven to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on our promises we promptly sourced the third candidate who accepted and five years later remains in post today.
Cameron Pink worked exclusively with this multi award winning tech firm who sought a Sales Manager as the company looked to build on previous success and expand their market share. The Chairman required a seasoned professional to drive a highly competent Sales and Marketing team whist devising a go-to-market strategy for entering new sectors.
The search was centred around understanding the company’s unique culture and a large amount of time was spent sourcing a candidate that we felt would fit into their close knit team and work to a high standard. The successful candidate was identified from a similar sized business with experience in the technology and sectors VerseOne were active in.
Cameron Pink were engaged exclusively by this well known heritage brand as they sought an experienced Head of Operations to deliver extensive support as a member of their Executive Committee, working with the Board of Director and overseeing 40 UK staff.
We mapped out all similar businesses and competitors within a commutable distance from the Rotary’s Essex office and approached the appropriate candidates within those companies. Within two weeks a shortlist was forwarded of six high calibre individuals. The successful candidate went on to achieve multiple successes within his five year tenure – reducing costs, streamlining processes, transforming departments and driving revenue through enhancements to quality.
Head of Marketing
The o2 Area
The o2 London has spent a decade as the worlds top arena by ticket sales. Cameron Pink were excited to assist in their search for a Head of Marketing to drive revenue for live events.
The business had tried to recruit directly and despite a high volume of applications a suitable candidate had not been found. As such, the need was now urgent. We promptly sourced a shortlist of entertainment marketing professionals from similar companies based across London. The successful candidate was delivered within two weeks of an initial meeting. They have been in post for five years, receiving two promotions.
