Contingency
Contingency recruitment is success based and less committal, both client side and from us.
The reason being, we work in competition with other recruitment firms to supply candidates for a role.
This level of service involves using our talent database, job boards and advertisement to supply shortlists to complement recruitment processes. Upon taking on assignments, we will be up front about the amount of time we will be able to allocate to a client vacancy, which typically depends on our live retained and exclusive agreements.
