Operations Analyst

The Role: As an Operations Analyst, you’ll be the architect of insights, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that drives business excellence. Your core responsibility will be to craft and nurture both internal and external client reporting, wielding tools like Navision, Business Central, and Power BI.

Why you matter: You’ll be the linchpin in optimising operations. Separately, you’ll also collaborate with third-party experts to maintain the company’s IT and phone systems, a role that’s evolving as the company journeys to the cloud. You’ll be part of this transformation.

What you’ll do:

• Expertly forge automated Excel and Power BI magic, reducing manual work.
• Curate captivating dashboards from diverse data streams.
• Be the beacon for requests, clarifying, prioritizing, and ensuring excellence.
• Unlock the power of data, offering insights that shape strategic decisions.
• Pioneer improvements in customer and management information systems.

Requried:

• Mastery of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
• Dexterity in Power Query, Power Pivots, and dashboard creation in excel or a similar tool.
• A treasure trove of logical and analytical prowess.

Desirable but not required:

• Close working and collaboration with finance.
• Familiarity with Navision and/or Business One.
