My client is an award-winning digital agency based in a chic London South Bank offices. 35 staff and growing they have a decade of experience partnering Umbraco, Sitecore and more recently Microsoft, tackling tackling complex digital problems and finding smart solutions for a broad spectrum of enterprise clients.

They have an amazing opportunity available for a seasoned Account Manager or Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be given some of the agencies largest, most recognised B2B clients to work with on ongoing and upcoming projects. They will work closely with a team of Project Managers and Developers, while maintaining and developing client relationships.


  • Cultivate long-term client relationships
  • Control all aspects of account management, including close contact with the client and financial accountability
  • Produce accurate revenue forecasts for new and existing clients
  • Create, develop and own strategic and tactical plans to help your clients achieve their objectives
  • Negotiate project renewals and contracts
  • Produce high-quality reports for your clients as well as reports and presentations to senior management and proposals/pitches to prospective clients
  • Develop relationships with our strategic partners and third parties
  • Listen to the needs of the market and clients and share your knowledge internally
  • Develop your own networks across the client organisation
  • Take advantage of all opportunities to network with industry peers and prospective clients
  • Clearly communicate client and budget issues to senior management
  • Work with the marketing department to promote our achievements
  • Secure and exceed revenue targets of £800k per year


  • You will be an Account Manager or possibly even Director, experienced with cultivating long-term relationships and managing all areas of account management.
  • You like to join the dots for your clients, linking people, teams and projects with their aims and ambitions.
  • You will have knowledge of the technology industry, coming from either a software company, digital agency or possibly even a full-service agency that incorporates digital.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team of multi-skilled people to come up with innovative solutions to business problems
  • You will enjoy direct client contact and be interested in a role that’s predominately strategic account based with circa 20% new logo work.
  • You would be interested in managing junior staff in the future.
