We are partnering with a high-growth fintech firm in London that’s looking for a Financial Controller who wants to do more than just “keep the books.” This is a hands-on, high-impact role, reporting directly to senior leadership, where you’ll have real influence on decisions shaping the future of the business.

What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the financial right hand to senior management, providing reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions
- Owning financial operations end-to-end, from monthly close to forecasting and cash flow
- Bringing solutions and clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Translating financial data into business insights that non-finance leaders can act on
- Leading improvements in systems and processes as the company scales
