Successful contingency search for a VC backed construction company
Cameron Pink worked exclusively with a VC backed engineering and construction company with turnover set to quadruple. The brief was to identify a seasoned Finance Director Designate who could help scale up the company. We focused our search on finding a high calibre ACA qualified professional. The role was placed within four weeks. It went to offer stage three times, with two candidates declining. Driven to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on our promises we promptly sourced the third candidate who accepted and five years later remains in post today.
