My client is looking to pay a basic salary of circa £80-90,000 per annum, which might not be as high as some larger VC or international firms. However, the opportunity to earn uncapped commission with an expected OTE of £180,000 per annum plus shares in preparation for exit is a genuine and exceptional opportunity… the role is for someone motivated to achieve through results rather than a high basic alone
