My client is a well known online retail group. Due to an exciting time of growth and change within their business they are looking for an experienced and versatile Head of Marketing. This new role is an opportunity to create, shape and evolve their strategic marketing vision.
Things to know and be great at…
•Retail marketing experience, incorporating print, digital & social media.
•Progressing a Loyalty Rewards programme within the business, maximising Customer Insight to ensure future growth.
•Continuing the journey to become Transactional Online, therefore experience within a business which has transitioned to Omnichannel would also be important.
•Reporting into the Buying & Marketing Director you will need to demonstrate an understanding of long-term strategy while ensuring short-term deliverables are being managed with pace and efficiency.
•With both Marketing and Digital Marketing Managers and assistants on your team, leadership will initially be for a team of four, with a view to you quickly identifying the required structure to help the business leap forward and achieve further growth.
•Stakeholder management is crucial within our organisation, working with internal and external partners, they require an individual with strength of character to challenge & shape their current approach.
•This role is ideal for a passionate individual that ‘gets’ retail, understands customers and puts them at the heart of everything they and their team do.
