Business Development Executive / Client Services Associate / Marketing

My client is looking for bright, ambitious graduates to enhance their experienced team of digital professionals across business development, account management, marketing and client services functions.
The role
This is an entry level position and is the perfect career opportunity for an exceptional recent graduate or a graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking for a step up.
You will be offered a structured talent development programme, which will give you the practical skills on which to found your career.
In your first three months you will have insight into the business including experience of the sales cycle, their diverse digital offering, marketing, project management, client retention and everything in between.
You will be supported with personal mentoring and coaching in business fundamentals, client management, pitching, networking and writing for business. From the start, you will have the opportunity to shadow Sales and Project Managers and participate in weekly team and staff meetings.
You will be helped with developing your competencies and pursuing your interests to find your forte.
About you
Successful candidates will work well in a team environment and have a curiosity about the software industry. You have excellent writing ability, confident verbal communications skills and strong attention to detail. You have a 2:1 or above in any subject. Although you’ll begin under supervision and guidance, you need to be a quick and adaptable learner who is ready to take on responsibility.
Location and hours
This is a full-time, on-site role based in London. When settled there is the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.
