Our client is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of their thriving company.

Key Responsibilities: As the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be at the heart of financial strategy. You will lead a small team of talented analysts, ensuring they deliver accurate and timely financial insights to senior management and stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that optimize business performance and support sustainable growth.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, identifying risks and opportunities to align financial plans with organizational objectives.

3. Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, highlighting key trends, drivers, and areas for improvement, providing strategic recommendations to drive profitability.

4. Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to various departments, supporting decision-making through financial insights and data-driven recommendations.

5. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, articulating complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA or CFA qualification.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.
