My client is a 20m t/o FMCGG distributor based in Kent. The directors are seeking an experienced FD to offer strategic support on a part time basis.
- Streamlining accounting / reporting processes
- Leading and developing the accounts team
- Oversight of HR, IT, health and safety
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Management accounts
- Production of statutory accounts
- Assessing new system requirements
- Negotiation of contracts
- Risk and compliance
- Company secretarial duties
- Auditor liaison
- Dealing with legal and banking matters
To be considered you will have FD/CFO experience in a growing manufacturing/distribution/retail SME. You’ll live within a reasonable commute to Maidstone, Kent.
