With ambitious plans for domestic and international growth, they are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in their continued success.
Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Director will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company. This role is crucial in guiding financial strategy, supporting business expansion, and ensuring sound decision-making. The successful candidate will have a background in T&M software services, strong financial management skills, and experience leading a small finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- International Expansion: Collaborate with leadership to assess and facilitate international growth opportunities.
- Team Management: Manage and develop a finance team of two staff members.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate controls.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Finance Director or senior financial leader in the T&M software services sector.
- Qualifications: Recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial management in a technology services context.
- International Experience: Experience with international business operations and expansion is a plus.
