Financial Controller – Media

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller/Head of Finance to join a vibrant, fast-growing Creative Agency in central London. This hands-on role will play a key part in driving the agency’s growth, serving as the bridge between clients, suppliers, and the internal team.

You’ll bring extensive experience from small to medium-sized businesses, ideally within media or consultancy firms. As a key leader in finance, you will oversee monthly management accounts, year-end financial statements, cash flow forecasting, payroll, and VAT returns. You’ll also support the commercial and development teams in budgeting, manage two staff, and work closely with external accountants and lawyers.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, adaptable finance professional, able to explain complex financial matters clearly to non-financial personnel. A background in creative industries is a real plus!

This role offers up to £70,000 per annum with flexible working, 22 days holiday, and an amazing office environment. There’s also strong potential for career progression, potentially the opportunity to become Finance Director later down the line.
