My client is a market leading Tech Consultancy Firm. They have an amazing opportunity for available for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, this role will have responsibility for planning, implementing and delivering a range of marketing strategies. It will utilise the company’s existing customer base and acquire new customers, promoting wider business services. Activity includes digital marketing, email marketing and social media marketing.
Detail of duties:
- Devise and implement digital marketing strategies aimed at retention and acquisition of customers
- Work with the Head of Marketing and other team members to improve existing digital marketing activities spanning SEM and social media marketing
- Create and manage an annual calendar of blog and e-newsletter content for members to use
- Fully understand a point of sale programme to assist in its monthly delivery
- Strive to improve existing marketing activities whilst looking for new initiatives and opportunities
- Manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver campaigns including our marketing creative agencies, database agency and printers
- Write Campaign Briefs to deliver all elements of the campaign
- Internal business partnering – to obtain content to deliver on their marketing activities
- Manage the production process with relevant suppliers including Production Brief writing and compilation of look up tables and checking of live proofs for sign off
- Plan and implement the distribution of key door drop and DM campaigns
- Continually review campaign results to evolve campaigns and campaign content
- Generate timely reports on all activity you are involved with to demonstrate ROI
- Assist in the management of the Direct Marketing and Database Marketing budgets to include annual budget planning and monitoring budget vs. actual spend, produce campaign costing spreadsheets for each campaign including raising purchase orders and monitoring the payment of invoices
You would have experience of
- Digital marketing principles – both theory and practical experience
- B2B/corporate marketing exposure
- Prioritising workloads to manage and deliver on several campaigns or objectives at any one time
- Print, email and social media campaign management plus an aptitude to work with data
- Account management and delivering collateral to a large number of internal and external customers
- Using an ESP to deliver email campaigns (Dotmailer)
- Using website content management systems
- Using InDesign and/or Photoshop
- Managing the production of printed collateral
- Keeping up to date with all the industry challenges
- Comfortable liaising with business members and address their needs
- Presenting to small groups of people
