A multi award-winning Tech Firm offering cutting edge enterprise software solutions has a newly created opportunity available for a driven, ambitious, and successful Sales and Marketing Director (Designate) to join their team.
Privately owned, driven by a successful entrepreneur, this role will become a pivotal member of the management team, defining value proposition, sales structure, go-to market strategy, drive business development and expansion into new markets. It will also oversee a small dynamic marketing team which is seen as pivotal to sales and company growth.
To be considered you will be a career focused and hungry individual with strategic software sales experience. You will the knowledge of growing businesses/business units – managing teams that sell multifaceted tech products and negotiating complex agreements with established organisations. You will have overseen both sales and marketing functions.
This role is suited to someone that sees opportunity in a relatively young, but fast-growing business – with scope to grow and help shape its future. Paying an initial basic of c£80,000 plus uncapped OTE which should equate to £160,000 Y1 take home. The real incentive is future earnings, share options and future directorship.
